Rubber Hose for Welding (As Per IS: 447:1988)
Construction
Lining - Smooth lining of natural/synthetic/blend rubber compound resistant to fuel gas, oxygen and other non combustible gases.
Reinforcement - Natural/synthetic fibre applied by a suitable technique
Cover -Smooth/fluted/cloth mark finish, of suitable rubber compound resistant to heat and weather.
End Connections - Each Hose Length has soft ends for clamping or can be supplied with different type of nipples, flanges or fittings as per requirement.
Pressure - W. P. 1.25 MPa & B. P. 5.0 MPa.
APPLICATION
Used in almost every engineering workshops, steel mills, power stations, construction sites, ship yards etc.

Conforming to IS: 446/ 1987 TYPE 1, 2 & 3
Construction
Core - Smooth lining of suitable rubber compounds with good oxidation resistance. In addition for Type 3 hose, lining is resistance to oil mist.
Reinforcement - Plies of rubber impregnated woven textile or braided high strength natural/synthetic fibre.
Cover -Smooth/fluted/cloth marked finish, suitable rubber compound resistant to abrasion and weather.
Pressure - : Type 1 for a W.P. 0.7MPa & Min. B.P. 2.8MPa.
Type 2 for a W.P. 1.0MPa & Min. B.P. 4.0MPa.
Type 3 for a W.P. 1.4MPa & Min. B.P. 5.6MPa
APPLICATION
For used in multiple applications with compressors and other equipments as a pneumatic tools with type 1 & 2. Type 3 hose finds its used in deep excavation operations, mines, dams, wherever drilling is required in hilly and rocky terrains

Core - Natural/synthetic/blend rubber compound lining for water and abrasion resistance
Reinforcement - Reinforcement of rubber impregnated woven textile applied on bias at approx. 45 º angle combinations with galvanized steel wire
Cover -Corrugated cloth marked finish outer cover made from natural rubber compound resistance to water, sunlight, UV rays, ozone, abrasion etc.
Pressure - W.P. 0.7 MPa & Min. B.P. 2.1 MPa.
W.P. 1.0 MPa & Min. B.P. 3.0 MPa.
W.P. 1.5 MPa & Min. B.P. 4.5 MPa
APPLICATION
For dewatering and delivery purposes during deflooding, handling for waste water, sewerage and mud at maximum working pressure of 0.7, 1.0 and 1.5 MPa.

Construction
Lining - Uniform seamless tube of EPDM, Hypalon, Thiokol, Chloroprene, Butyl, SBR, NBR, natural/synthetic/blend rubber compound or a blend depending on the liquid for which the hose is intended to be used.
Reinforcement - Plies of rubber coated woven textile or braided synthetic yarns with or without helical galvanized steel wire.
Cover - Smooth, fluted or fabric marked finish with suitable rubber compound, resistant to weather
Type - Type 1 for conveying dilute chemicals.
Type 2 for conveying concentrated chemicals
